Phil Schiller presenterar iWork för iPad

Steve Jobs - The question was whether or not a tablet could power iWork (the answer is yes, obviously), and “whether or not they could come up with a completely new user interface.” The answer to that is also yes.

Phil Schiller - “They’ve done some amazingly remarkable work.” There’s a new version of Keynote designed just for the iPad. A new version of Pages just for the iPad (word processor), and numbers, which is the spreadsheet app. Schiller just called it cool to use.

iWork för iPad kommer alltså att säljas för 9.99 dollar per applikation, dvs 29.97 dollar för samtliga 3 applikationer i iWork paketet.

iWork för iPad skall vara extra smidigt och bra för presentationer då presentatören lätt och smidigt kan se sin presentation på sin iPad och bara behöva använda sig av ett enkelt swipe gesture för att byta bild i presentationen.
